Chair Dancing’s More Sit Down and Tone Up DVD follows on from the first Sit Down and Tone Up DVD. It is a demonstrated seated strength training program that provides a 20 minute workout from the comfort of a chair. The workout set to music, covers arm, shoulder and back muscles, followed by leg and abdominal muscles, finishing with gentle stretching. The workout can accommodate a variety of ages and fitness levels.
This American DVD program (region free) is for viewing on your large screen TV. 32 minutes total duration.
NOTE: Uses dumb bell weights of 0.5 kg and 1 kg, however the exercises can be done without weights.
