C.A.P is an interactive DVD based program of recall, learning and reasoning activities to exercise the mind of older adults – content is Australian and age appropriate and presented in quiz and trivia format.

Each of the six discs in the series contains 10 sets of cognitive activities that consist of written quizzes, visual quizzes, learning and discussion activities, and visual based puzzles such as “What is missing” and “Which is the odd one out?”. Plays on a large screen tv, dvd player or computer screen and sections may be paused to give more time for answering. Printable worksheets and answer sheets are also available via the CAProgram website members area – once you have purchased a DVD you are given the username and password.
