Q. The organisation I work for will be paying for my order and requires an invoice rather than paying up front. Can I be invoiced for any of your products rather than paying upfront?
A. Yes. Australian organisational customers have the option of receiving an invoice and paying by cheque, credit card, money order and electronic funds transfer. Individuals however must pay by credit card.
Purchasers for organisations can order online and simply select the “30 day account” option when arriving at the payment options page. Purchase order numbers may be entered in the comments section. Once the order is placed, the purchaser will be notified by email (the nominated email address in the client details section) of the order. An invoice will then be sent with any physical goods ordered and an electronic copy will be emailed to the purchaser.
Alternatively, orders may be placed by sending a completed order form via fax or email or mail, and again an invoice can be sent with the goods.
International customers are encouraged to contact us in order to place an order, and must pay by credit card or PayPal for all purchases that proceed.
Q. How are the shipping and handling charges calculated ?
A. The website checkout allocates a shipping and handling charge based on the weight of the total order (actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater) and the destination postcode. Downloadable printable activities do not attract any shipping charges. Some rural and remote destinations will attract additional freight surcharges and if this is the case when you make your order, you will be notified of any additional charges. Your order will not be processed until your approval is given. You can get an idea of freight charges by referring to the shipping rate table.
Q. How long will my products take to get to me?
A. Most items should ship to anywhere in Australia within 7 – 10 days using standard Australia post service or road courier, if the items are in stock. Some items, not kept in stock e.g. jigsaw puzzles, but ordered in may take 10 to 21 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay. If you need something urgently please contact us to discuss shipping options. International customers – please contact us with your shipping and handling query and delivery times.
Q. Do you have a shop front?
A. No. Our business is a mail order business. By not having a shop front we are able to keep our prices competitive. If you are living in Perth or visiting, you may however, call to make an appointment to see our products at our home based business or alternatively we can visit your centre. We also regularly attend conferences where our goods may be seen in the flesh.
Q. I can’t open any of the pdf documents on your website.
A. You may not have the latest version of acrobat reader. Try downloading the latest version (free) from here
Q. I cannot print the acrobat reader files when I open them.
A. Make sure you select the printer icon from the acrobat reader program, not from your internet browser.
