Australian customers – You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and ship orders during our normal business hours, which are 8.30 am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
International customers – The shopping cart is currently set up only for Australian Purchasers. International orders, however are welcome. Please contact us to let us know what you wish to order and to determine appropriate shipping and handling charges. The purchaser outside Australia, is responsible for all import taxes, duties and other costs associated with importing to the country of purchaser. International purchasers will need to confirm with the distributor re delivery times. Orders for downloadable printables may be paid directly on the website via Paypal or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only).
How to order online
Browse through our catalogue, select the quantity and type of product you want and add to the shopping cart. When completed, shipping and handling charges will be added based on the shipping address postcode and the total weight of the order. (Downloadable printable activities will not attract a shipping rate and therefore will not be included in the determination of the shipping charges).

When you’re happy with your order, select the purchase button, enter your billing and shipping address details, and select a payment method. Invoice option is only available to organisations. This option is not available for personal shoppers – payment upfront by credit card or PayPal is required before goods will be shipped. NOTE: Registering for an account is not necessary, you can purchase as a guest shopper.
We endeavour to ship your order within 7 working days of receiving your order however please allow up to 21 days for some items not kept in stock (e.g. jigsaw puzzles that are made to order, and some large games items) We’ll let you know if your order is delayed for any reason.

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). International customers wishing to purchase goods will not be charged the GST should you contact us to make a purchase. (take 1/11th off the price in Australian dollars).
Australian customers – Personal shoppers may pay by credit card or paypal before goods will be sent. Purchasers representing organisations may request an invoice and pay by cheque, money order, credit card or direct deposit on receipt of the goods.
International customers – Credit card or PayPal only for all orders, unless otherwise arranged by negotiation.
Invoices/receipts are generally dispatched with goods and a copy emailed/faxed to the purchaser. Terms are 30 days for invoiced orders.
Direct Deposit (Australian customers only)
Deposit money directly into our bank account using your internet banking facility or in person at any ANZ branch. Please include your invoice number as a reference with your payment so that we can correctly match it to your order, and send us notification and details of your payment by email or fax to ensure that we are expecting your payment

Cheque or Money Order (Australian purchasers only)
Post us your cheque or money order with a copy of your invoice so we can correctly match your payment with your order. Please do not send cheques or money orders before the goods are sent, as the shipping cost may vary, please wait to be issued an invoice before paying.

Australian customers – Shipping and handling charges are displayed on the checkout page for all purchases and are based on overall weight of the order and shipping destination postcode. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to some areas and for some items (handmade to order e.g. wooden products, jigsaws) please allow up to 21 days. Express post delivery or courier delivery may be arranged for urgent orders, however extra charges will be incurred. Contact us for details should this be the case.

Rates marked * in Rural and Remote – some rural and remote destinations will require additional freight surcharges due to our courier service needing to use freight on forwarders for areas they do not service. We will notify you if this is the case and ask for your approval to proceed before completing the order.
For orders that exceed 25 kg in weight – Our courier service has a weight limit of 25 kg and volumetric limit of 100 litres for any one package. Should your total weight of your order exceed these criteria, requiring the order to be sent in several cartons rather than one large carton or requiring use of another courier service that will take large cartons, we will contact you with a quote for your shipping cost and ask for your approval to proceed before completing the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation must be in writing, by email or fax.
A cancellation fee of 10% applies to all orders once payment has been made, to cover labour and administrative costs. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Refunds and Returns
Please notify us by phone, email or fax within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
If items are missing from your order, we will dispatch them immediately, at no extra cost to you.
If your goods are faulty or incorrect when delivered, we will do one of the following, at our discretion:
*replace the faulty or incorrect item(s) with the same or equivalent item(s)
*repair the faulty item(s) at no cost to you
*refund your money.
All faulty or incorrect items must be returned to us before a refund or a replacement can be issued. Please do not return any goods without first contacting us to discuss the problem and obtain authorisation. When returning goods, please ensure that they are adequately packaged to reduce the risk of being damaged in transit.The purchaser shall be responsible for all postage/freight charges related to the return of the goods if you have chosen incorrectly.
We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind. Please choose your goods carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any queries.
