- Browse through our catalogue, select the quantity and type of product you want and click the Order button to add items to the shopping cart. Shipping and Handling charges will be added before final processing.
- Check the contents of your cart at any time by going View Cart on the left hand side of the screen below the categories list.
- When you're happy with your order, go to the checkout, fill in your details, select a payment method and place your order. An invoice option is available in the Payments section for organisational buyers. This option is not available for personal shoppers - payment upfront by credit card or PayPal is required before goods will be shipped.
For Snippets Newsletter subscription and Downloadables
- Orders for these items are processed through a separate shopping cart to the Catalogue items, as these items do not attract shipping and handling costs which are automatically added for items bought through the Catalogue.
- As with Catalogue items, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, select a payment method and place your order. An invoice option is available in the Payments section for organisational buyers. OrderingAustralian customers - You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and ship orders during our normal business hours, which are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We endeavour to ship your order within 7 working days of receiving your order however please allow up to 21 - 28 days for some items not kept in stock (e.g. jigsaw puzzles, wooden games are always ordered in). We'll let you know if your order is delayed for any reason. If you wish to place and order with us without using online shopping, you can email or fax a purchase order, fax our order form or contact us by phone to place your order. International customers - The shopping cart for the main catalogue is currently set up only for Australian Purchasers. International orders, however are welcome. Please contact us to let us know what you wish to order and to determine appropriate shipping and handling charges. The purchaser outside Australia, is responsible for all import taxes, duties and other costs associated with importing to the country of purchaser. International purchasers will need to confirm with the distributor re delivery times. Orders for Snippets Newsletter and Activity Zone Subscriptions may be made directly by Credit Card or Paypal. PricingAll prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). International customers wishing to purchase goods will not be charged the GST should you contact us to make a purchase. (take 1/11th off the price in Australian dollars).
PaymentAustralian customers -Personal shoppers may pay by credit card or paypal before goods will be sent. Purchasers representing organisations may request an invoice and pay by cheque, money order, credit card or direct deposit on receipt of the goods.
International customers - Credit card or PayPal only for all orders. Invoices/receipts may be dispatched with goods or emailed/faxed to the purchaser. Terms are 30 days for invoiced orders. Direct Deposit (Australian customers only)

CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation must be in writing, by email or fax. A cancellation fee of 10% applies to all orders once payment has been made, to cover labour and administrative costs. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Refunds and ReturnsPlease notify us by phone, email or fax within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order. If items are missing from your order, we will dispatch them immediately, at no extra cost to you. If your goods are faulty or incorrect when delivered, we will do one of the following, at our discretion: - replace the faulty or incorrect item(s) with the same or equivalent item(s)
- repair the faulty item(s) at no cost to you
- refund your money
All faulty or incorrect items must be returned to us before a refund or a replacement can be issued. Please do not return any goods without first contacting us to discuss the problem and obtain authorisation. When returning goods, please ensure that they are adequately packaged to reduce the risk of being damaged in transit.The purchaser shall be responsible for all postage/freight charges related to the return of the goods.
